BABCOCK WANSON designs and manufactures its own burners to match its complete boiler range thereby ensuring the best possible product synergy and providing the highest efficiency and lowest emissions.
Complementary technology is available for use in this burner range such as:
- Water injection or assisted pulverization: to reduce particulate emissions with certain types of heavy fuel oil;
- Urea injection: to reduce NOx emissions with certain types of heavy fuel oil;
- Combustion air silencers: to reduce acoustic pressure level by up to 5 dB(A);
- Acoustic shroud assemblies for the combustion air fan: to reduce acoustic pressure level by 10 dB(A);
- Variable speed combustion air fan motors;
- Fully electronic burner control for best possible combustion repeatability.
