Engineering services
BABCOCK WANSON offers industrial services on demand: studies and designs of new installations according to the process and technology to be implemented, design and turnkey installations of boiler houses and process heating systems, modelling and diagnosis of existing installations including conformity to environmental and safety requirements and improvements in performance and profit contribution, development of operating assistance modes.
Energy audit: Audisteam
To anticipate cost reductions associated with equipment and operating improvements, BABCOCK WANSON has developed a steam boiler house analysis tool which can quantify possible fuel savings before investment.
This tool takes into account all the boiler house operating parameters, from water treatment to gas and fluid emissions.
Training
With experienced trainers, BABCOCK WANSON offers in-house or external courses suited to the needs of operating personnel: economical operation of the boiler house, intermittent boiler monitoring systems, operation of thermal fluid heaters and water treatment.
Around 350 trainees follow BABCOCK WANSON training courses every year.
