Boilers for the Print Industry

The print industry is large and diverse producing a wide range of products including books, catalogues, newspapers, magazines, wrapping papers etc.

Product Recommendations

In printing works, steam is well suited for processes requiring temperatures of up to 200 °C and when the temperature controls are simple. In this case heating by steam generators or fire tube boilers is appropriate.

Careful consideration must also be given to the advantages of Thermal Fluid as it has the capacity to provide controllable temperatures up to 350 °C. This versatility is of primary importance where an accuracy of +/- 1 °C is required in the drying process.

The volatile compounds generated during film coating or the application of adhesives etc. contaminate the exhaust from the manufacturing processes and can be treated by Thermal Oxidation. This type of Oxidiser plant can be Regenerative with internal heat recovery or Recuperative and matched with external heat recovery to air, water, steam or thermal fluid.
